1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bd49 ("we", "platform") and every individual who uses its services ("you", "user"). By accessing the bd49 website, app, or any of its services, or by registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use bd49's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older ("for ages 21+ only").
• You must participate on this platform voluntarily and at your own responsibility.
• You may hold only one account in your own name on this platform.
• The information provided in your account must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
• You are operating the account on your own behalf, not on behalf of any company or third party.

If any user violates the above conditions, bd49 reserves the right to suspend or close the relevant account at any time, and any winnings accumulated in that account may be voided.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account at bd49, you must provide accurate personal information. If any details provided at registration change at a later date, you are required to notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Security

Keeping your account login details (username, password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification

bd49 may request the necessary documents for identity verification at any time. We reserve the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at bd49 is ৳200. We currently support three deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Transaction Limits

bd49 reserves the right to impose transaction limits on any user at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspicious activity. If an incorrect deposit or withdrawal occurs due to a technical error, bd49 reserves the right to correct that transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 in wagers must be placed to complete the wagering requirement.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once and applies to one account only.
• If misuse of a bonus offer or fraudulent activity is detected, the account may be closed.
• bd49 reserves the right to modify the terms of any bonus offer or withdraw an offer at any time.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

bd49 is committed to ensuring a fair environment for all users as a safe and trustworthy platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of cheating, fraud, or use of bots.
• Exploiting technical errors in the system ("glitch abuse").
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• One person operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets or operating an account on behalf of someone else.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities, bd49 may permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance.

7 VIP Program & Cashback

bd49's VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on user activity. bd49 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits. VIP benefits are a rewards program and do not create any legal entitlement.

8 Fair Play & Technical Policy

8.1 Game Fairness

All games on bd49 are provided by internationally recognised game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, JILI, and PG Soft). These games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), which keeps every outcome completely random and fair.

8.2 Technical Errors

If an abnormal game result or transaction occurs due to a technical error or system malfunction, bd49 reserves the right to void that result or transaction. The "game malfunction voids all payouts" policy applies.

8.3 SSL Encryption

bd49 uses advanced SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. However, no technical method is entirely free of flaws, so users are also advised to remain vigilant.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on the bd49 platform — logos, text, graphics, designs, software, and other media — is the intellectual property of bd49 or the relevant third party. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any such content without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd49 will not be liable for:

• Account information being leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• Possible losses caused by temporary platform unavailability or maintenance.
• Losses caused by errors or changes in a third-party game provider's software.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 At the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time through support. Please withdraw your remaining balance before closure.

13.2 By bd49

bd49 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice due to a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or technical reasons. If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any valid balance will be returned.

15 Miscellaneous Terms

15.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

15.2 Language

These Terms are written in Bengali. If they are translated into another language in the future, the Bengali version will be considered final.

15.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between bd49 and the user, and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
